Sarvanbelagola is located in Hassan district of Karnataka. This is a pilgrimage destination for Jainism. This is also famous for the statue of Bahubali.

This photo is taken by husband during our recent visit to Hassan. I loved the light and shadow pattern in this and tried to capture that in my painting.

I have started loving  with these old architectural buildings. We will find a lot in India. The architecture of India is rooted in its history and culture. This is from a photo reference taken by my friend Vijay. Thanks to him for allowing me to paint this. I love the light, shadow and the reflection on this.
